good news though for l'Outaouais, we'll be a red zone but I think we'll be following the other regions' schedule, so we might go back to orange on October 28th

I am and no colours here. Stages I believe, 1 to 3. Only shutdowns are Ottawa, Toronto and Peel region I believe
