Will edit, if there is a bigger move happening where we take on salary like oel etc then I could see this being justified. This move in a silo is a little troubling however.

We are taking a huge step back next year imo. We need to get rid of these crap contracts Benning has handed out. Now he could have signed a good one and he lets them walk. What the hell is his plan? Just hope the young guys succeed right away?
