Has there been any sort of update on Hutton's vision issues ?

I think they'd like an upgrade. Hutton was pretty bad and Ullmark was inconsistent
- Michael Pachla

Ullmark had good numbers five on five. Ok ruined him and the team.

Nothing wrong with a little self-deprecating humor, guys. Buffalo sucks, it is what it is. Doesn't mean you can't love it. Or enjoy it. The new Bill & Ted movie sucked, and I enjoyed it. Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey sucked, but I love it. Keanu Reeves sucks at acting, but a lot of people enjoy his movies. You get it?

See any 12 goal scorers? 🤔

You know what's great about this hall signing, guys slot down to better positions. Olo may switch to rw though?

- Boss34

Either that or Cozens learns from Staal on that line and the Synergy Brothers of eichel and Reinhart play on line 1.

Pushes Olofsson to L3 which wouldn't be a bad thing.

Gus isn't gonna shoot 14% again this year Boss. Nor is he gonna play 14 minutes anymore. He's going to get true Larry useage. 12 mins a night and 7 goals

No one in the universe is jealous of Buffalo, I hate to break it to you. It's not on the up, it's not having a Renaissance, and it's not desirable unless you have a ton of money, which negates everything bad about a place that sucks anyway, since you can afford to actually do stuff and leave whenever you want to. You can't still be losing 2-4% of your population after decades of losing 10-20% of your population and all of a sudden be having a revival, it just doesn't work like that. It's sad and it sucks but it's true.

Columbus is like, if Transit rd was an entire city. It’s disgusting, completely void of charm and character, run by ‘student’ athletes and the local law enforcement protects teenage rapists

I grew up in the southtowns and Buffalo was really hurting. It still has a ways to go but has made vast improvements especially around the arena/allentown, etc. If they could figure out something about the old Lackawanna steel waterfront property and the skyway, that would be incredible

I know Arizona has a mandate to trim around $15m in salary. Would this make sense for both teams?

Mittlestadt, Miller and Hutton (about 7.5m in salary)

for

Kuemper and Kessel ($11.25) or Kuemper and Schmaltz (around $10m)??

Gives us the stud goalie and another middle 6 forward) and tims cap for arizona. Throw in other small pieces/picks as needed

It's called controlled demolition. Not everything has to be a "Historic landmark". They should do the same thing to the Statler towers.

Although I love the way the Lakawanna waterfront looks on the way to Tift Nature Preserve. Post-Industrial beauty at it's finest.

But that Skyway has got to go. Especially with the Harborcenter and canalside stuff going on. Walking from Pearl St. Brewery to the Arena is oppressive.

Isn't it a bit of an eyesore that they're trying to take down? I loved the idea of a Jack Nicklaus golf course right around there (near Tifft street I think??) but I don't think they got enough private funding for that

That only leaves us $10 million to sign Reinhart, Ullmark and Olofsson.

And that's if we spend to the cap.

Please stop with the “he can always move to a contending team at the end of the year” talk. Taylor Hall has to make this work with the @BuffaloSabres A potential 5th @NHL team in 10 years would be a disaster for him.

Montour, Miller and McCabe. 2 of those 3 have got to go, imo. That Okposo contract is killing us. Hall actually signed a team-friendly "bank on padding my stats playing with Eichel" contract that will get him even more money and a juicy term next year.

If Skinner would waive, we can expose him to Seattle. Hutton makes too much money.

We absolutely need to make 2 or 3 more deals but with the Covid uncertainty, and the idiocy of resigning Girgensons, we have to bite the bullet a little.
