Just imagine whom you could have drafted if you didn’t go out there and beat a horrible Pittsburgh team...may be even lafreniere!!!
And of course the habs have 0 chance at making the playoffs...
And price gets another year older...
Quel dommage. |

If all he did now was add Kovalchuck, I wouldn't be disappointed in his off season at all... but me, I go 5 years/40 million on Hall! - obie
Top Ufas never come here, for a srart.
Maybe Dadonov or hoffman.

I'm just not too big on Hall. Not that I'd be upset necessarily just not my ideal guy. I guess in theory you could tie him to Danault and let Hall drive the o while Danault plays shut down. Even then would need some minor cap gymnastics |

well it was a pointless run that only got us a worst draft pick.
Only positive was the experience Suzuki and KK got |

They just got rid of Domi they won't go for Hall.
Speaking of.. Domi and Tortorella, that's going to be entertaining lol I expect some fireworks - M. Arachide
Won't last a month, if they can get Domi signed that is....
And why wouldn't he go after Hall because he traded Domi? |

How many teams can offer Hall 40 million dollars right now?
And not because it hasn't worked in the past does it mean you stop trying |

The flat cap isn't helping in any way. Paying Drouin 5M + and Byron 3 M+ isn't either. |

I actually think Torts might be the best thing for Domi, force him to play more consistent. Might be like when he played under Hunter in London |

he only comes here to troll, so I don't care. Players will always try to win. That's what they do.
You think Price and Weber care about a 18 old kid? They don't. |

It's what they need, a gamebreaker up front... he hasn't shown that he can be that full time but there's very little doubt in my mind that he would lead the team in points next season |

Byron can be moved.... Kulak and Weal could be dumped, they could fit Hall in |

They might want an MVP caliber F though... and Hall is hardly a problem case |

Yea they can.... you sign Hall and you either try to move Drouin or don't re-sign Tatar |

oh I have my doubts on this.
And if you move Kulak or Weal, you probably need to spend for a 6th defenseman or a 4th liner on the market. At the end of the day, you're not saving much, if anything. |
