it was a specific sigh for "missing out" on Lapierre, not regarding their draft tendencies in general, but no, the next Quebecer to be drafted in the 1st round will have to be a guaranteed talent with barely any question marks |

while it is really stupid to consider where a guy was born before his actual abilities, if you can have skilled local guys on your team I don't see that as a bad thing either
