Hank will maybe last another year, then the leafs would be without a starter with a smaller pool to choose from.

I haven't seen anyone in here suggesting leafs should get Al Montoya as a goalie for next season..

I don't see how the Leafs can move such a large contract like Bracco's.

Mirtle has a good article on all the guys the Leafs could consider moving.

Most of the evaluations end with " but unless you can find a guy who is better, who will make less, it's unlikely he will be moved."

I agree he sucks, but the loss wasn't his fault. The call to start Shoemaker and make him available for game 3 was not his. He also can't hit for the team. Bats sucked ass especially after the starter was gone.

Just saying, it wouldn't be the worst option. If he still has something "left in the tank", it might be worth it.
Plus, once we draft Askarov, we won't have to go goalie shopping again next season..
