They have Maple, Oak, Mahogany, etc.. Looking for a really cool grain pattern to be honest. I want to leave it natural, so I want to look through the pile.

April 3, 1961 - July 11, 2000 (39 years old)

Barry Tabobondung died in 2000 in a vehicular accident at age 39 in native Wasausking First Nation neighborhood. The accident happened when Tabobondung and his 8-year-old son, Thomas, were riding in the cab of a road grader in which Tabobondung was working. Tommy Tabobondung fell out of the vehicle, and Barry jumped out of the cab to try to save his son from being run over. Barry and Thomas both got caught under the road grader's rear tires. Barry Tabobondung was taken to the West Parry Sound Health Center, where he was pronounced dead. His death wasn't in vain. Police on the scene said there was no doubt Barry Tabobodung managed to save his son's life, and the young boy came through the accident with only a broken leg.

I've been planning a tele build for awhile and I was looking at wood, and for whatever reason my stupid brain fell in love with the idea of a knotty pine body with a pickled finish which is sort of the opposite of nice I guess

You're entitled to your opinion. I believe Dan Marino is the best QB of all time. No one agrees with me. 😅 But like you say, I don't care! 👍

My dad (Rangers fan) always tells me that Lidstrom couldn't carry Bobby Orr's jock strap. 😅 Orr was before my time so I can only go by what I saw. Lidstrom is the best defenseman I've seen and I'm admittedly biased.

But historically many hockey fans believe that Bobby Orr is the best player of all time. No one says this about Lidstrom. If Orr hadn't been forced to retire at 29 due to his knee injuries, he likely plays another decade and wins more Norris trophies and Cups. We'll never know. ☹️

It isn't even close, and that's not me showing old fart bias - I have foggy memories of Orr as a Blackhawk - none as a Bruin.

If they do buy him out, maybe the Leafs can sign him to a cheap deal.

I love nights when a superstar gets a lot of points, but he'd show a highlight of a 4th liner making a hit while playing 6 minutes and claiming taht got them the win.

If you are a certain age, you used to tape Coach's Corner and Sportsline on Global - they would show the best fights of the week/night.

Then you'd lug your VCR over to a friend's house, and you'd make a fight tape. Two hours of fights - which you would watch prior to the Leafs game on Saturday night, which started at 8 pm.
