I don't think they do any of this poop on purpose. They literally have no idea what to do and won't properly vet any of their hires or consultants, and they all bite them in the ass. Because they have no god damn clue what they're doing. Comes back around to today's (frank)ing word: Competency.

Here's the thing with the bullpoop in the above statement. Take a look at the wasteland on the ice. Take a look at the wasteland at PSE. Take a look at the wasteland in the Sabres org.
