I think Ralph is doing OK. But if he wants to keep coaching instead of getting kicked upstairs, he needs to wean himself off 1D Risto. It doesn't take a Gehirngenie to look at history and realize it's a bad idea

Been saying for months they need a 1RhD for Dahlin's partner. They don't have 1 on the roster, nor in development. Go get him and it pushes the others down, and at least 1, likely 2 out the door.
Painfully obvious, yet some want to spend Cap/Salary on 3C and 4C that aren't needed.
Prioritize the investments, 2RW and 1RhD are at the top now....IMO of course.
