What’s wrong with Demko?

Nothing at all...but I am signing Markstrom....what are VANCOUVER doing?

That answer this ask.

saw your Saad think gee wanting two #2s...like all things now it is his salary that prohibits any considerable returns...and maybe Montreal is one of then only options to send Saad at this point.
I dont want slot #48 and # 56 for Saad over another year of Saad...they need guys like Saad and the lack guys like Saad, stone hands or not....I dont know if we can afford saad for Danault unless it is a one year this is the guy we give the Kraken b/c his current $3,083,333 , well he is gonna want to double it...and play in front of Dach...they would have to take even more salary off our hands Berge owes us FOR DANAULT!

yeah I just told me neighbor the same...but, I think Dallas wins the first oner, and Tampa has taken beatens, we are not sure what Point has in the tank,

later one, will Steven Still Stamkos be handed a spot based on the cannon, and some sits and that throws TB off

and tell you what sometimes it is that perfect combo of things that wins it for you like when the Hawks won in 1961-62..tgey weren't close to the b best team, but the. best team when it count and despite what I want to say about that dirty Duck winger Perry or Little Joe they wanna win...so that and Benn and Tyler steers and queers, and that middle line up they have kept around for awhile with confidence, and the new last yr Finn and the this yr Finn...and a really mobile bigger Dee ... the have the makings of an upset.

I am a Hawk fans would like my local team to win, but not crying if Dallas wins this and if they do, it means a hell of as series!

What cracked me up was Sirius had a goalie expert on, and I had to laugh...he was so high in his praise for Khudobin the ay he sees stuff and moves and then he "kinda compares him toe there TB Russian, and he is picking apart Andrei Vasilevskiy, saying he doesn't necessarily move from up to down when the play goes to side to side, etc.

I know I know it becomes bandwagon, what I have done recently, but not seeing anything as a deficit for Khudobin was funny to me....only because if he was really a goalie who you praise, I think maybe he would be a starter...and I am not hating I love the guy, but just like the kid in St. Louis who was basically called the new God after the Cup, or how Jake Allen suddenly could be a starter in the league talk (...then why the frank didn't he take the starting job back form the kid)

I am just too old to be suckered into how Buff was suddenly considered an all-star or into feeling ALL Starting NHL GOALIES (matter) are REALLY GOOD PLAYERS and the job comes with guys in front if you...

I don't play stamkos why mess with chemistry now. Plus how much is he game shape and healthy?

It was for 47 and 48 2nd rounders not the 47 and 56th pick from montreal. Maybe hawks hold on until tdl but big questions are is saad part of the future and can the hawks afford his next contract. As for danault sorry always misspell his name yes it would nice to get him but his next contract would between 5 and 6 million hawks cannot afford it so the trade i proposed might be the 2nd option.

That was the other Scott on Saad.

If I’m Vancouver, I’m giving Demko the net, letting Markstrom walk, and signing a vet backup.

Was that article based on sources - or even rumor - or just an opinion by the author?

I’m ready for splitting up the duo - too much schtick - too little description of the action - I would hope Foley would move on - an excellent announcer once, much less so now - not likely, I guess.

Bring in John Forslund, late of Carolina, to work with Olczyk.

But then - Wiz, we both go back to Lloyd Petit - no one better. Too bad he married so well - financially, if not politically....

I didn't think much of Dallas so I picked Colorado over Dallas and then Vegas over Dallas and we all know how those turned out. Not any more.

Dallas in 6. Jamie Benn wins the Connie.

- EbonyRaptor

Dallas is definitely a weird team, they looked like complete poop early in the tournament and just turned it around. If Dallas wins there are several players MVP can be given to, probably Benn, but Heiskanen and Lindell have been outstanding in the playoffs

I hate the time before L.Petit, maybe it was because the WGN was getting the feed OR they hired this jerk, I believe he was ''Whispering Joe'' Wilson.

The Hawks would be in Montreal or Toronto with a two goal lead, and he would start the third period reminded all of us that..."... they were a great third period club."

I didn't like reality back when I was kid.

Here, true believers....

Thia is an excerpt from a Chicago Tribune article that was interviewing Pat Foley?

I was lucky it came available since whenever I go to Trib, it says my article total is exhausted.

"Foley was a freshman majoring in telecommunications at Michigan State the last time the Hawks made it to the last round of the NHL playoffs.

''I don`t remember seeing any of the `73 Cup series,'' Foley said, ''but I do remember some of the `71 series when it looked like they were going to beat the Canadiens but didn`t.''

Foley`s memories go back all the way to the `61 finals, when the Hawks beat the Red Wings for their last Stanley Cup, ''Whispering Joe'' Wilson was broadcasting the games (third period of home games only on radio; selected road games on TV) and he was just becoming a blade-runner on the North Shore. ''At that time, I was playing on figure skates at a park behind my house,'' said Foley. ''That was my level of hockey. I never played on a rink with boards until I got to college. I remember `61 and the excitement people had over them winning it all.''

Wikapedia doesn't have anything over me.
