Well that was the idea on draft day.... Tkachuk was as close as you get to a sure thing top 6 winger. But his ceiling wasn't as high as KK or Zadina.

Hopefully for the Habs or Detroit, both guys pan out as elite players and Ottawa is stuck with the 50 points powerforward.
