Dallas was just lucky. Vegas has more skill and better Jfresh scores. But Dallas just relies on luck and goaltending. Same with NYI. All luck. The Leafs are the best team ever assembled in the cap era. |

I don't think Vegas has better skill, but I did expect them to play better defensively, and more disciplined than Dallas. Dallas has Hesikanen and Klinberg on the back end, and a lot of forwards with experience and ability to put the puck in the net like Benn, Radulov, Gurianov and Pavelski..who had 38 goals last year. Dallas is quite good offensively, when they're playing to their potential. It isn't luck that their baxk again. They might have won the West last season if not for Patrick Maroon. |

Malkin will be going to LA. - Tee56
No thanks. The Kings need to stay on track with the rebuild. We have enough 34 year old vets. |

"Malkin would bring a LEGIT #1 Center and the biggest NHL Superstar this great hockey town has ever seen..."
Peter Forsberg and Paul Kariya might take exception to that. Those guys played during the clutch and grab era back when guys like Scott Stevens were allowed to decapitate you at the blue line. - Maskdman3
What great hockey town do you speak of ?

Steven Stamkos has plyed 803 regular season games - he might win his first Stanley Cup this year - without playing a single playoff game. What a weird year |

Possibly the Penguins could get back a decent centre, eh.

This whole proposal by Ek is ludicrous for both teams. In other words, never going to happen! |
