Spent much of the day watching football.

Dolphins/Pats , Bucs/Saints and Cowboys/Rams mostly.

Rematches in the first two could easily go the other way the next game, I really expect it at this point all things considered.

There's a reason the Cowboys don't sign Dak longterm. He's good but he has a star RB, above average O-line ( was elite ) a decent #1 wideout with above league average 2 and 3. Does he need a good - great TE to score more than 17 points?

It was alright first half, then I went to redzone for a bit then over to the SF/AZ and CIN/LA.

Most encouraging thing I saw today was on O-line that was decent despite having 5 players starting that had never played together before.

With no exhibition for anyone it could take awhile for some good teams to emerge.

It is going to be tough for years league wide. Even teams like Avs who have money this year need to pay Landeskog and Makar next year and keeping in mind the year after will also be the same.

Right now teams are getting players to fill their roster at half price by trading and making the team retain money . Watch out for a Edmonton trade with Arizona in the next couple of days for Keumper as they poach Yotes horrible management. I would like to see Canucks go after Hjalmarsson at half price.
