To me, that means that either Mete or Kulak will be nicely packaged with Domi and picks for help up front...And a trade with Winnipeg is looking more and more logical...they need a C, they lost most of their D last season and they only have 4 picks in this year’s draft...

They juste made a trade for a defenseman. Let's see if he signs. I mean, how many of them do you need?

Sorry our crystal balls weren't working this morning when we had that conversation. Also, Edmunston isn't much of an upgrade. A team as shrewd as Carolina is giving him up for nothing. Might want to ask why (and yes they are deep)

Yea... if signed Edmundson will be a real good, cheap, short term stop gap.... good move that cost next to nothing and now he can focus on adding some offense

Anyway, the trade has been made. The fact you like it or not does't matter. If they sign him I can't see them going after another LD. Maybe a RD veteran to play with Romanov on the third pair.
