Lol yeah that’s not happening, MAF is definitely getting moved, question is where... - Karine Hains
Yeah, with a flat cap teams will be lining up to pay a soon to be 36 year old goalie making $7m a season and appears to have lost his game. Vegas is going to be eating a decent chunk of salary or taking back an unfriendly contract

You Keep Danault no hesitations.
2 way player that can give you 40/50 points and play up and down the lineup. From QC. Fan favorite. His line actually was one of the best in many statistical categories...
Domi? never clicked that much with any players. - WaterBoy
he finished 6th for the Selke. look at the salaries for the top10 in that group.
that will give us a pretty good idea of what he'll ask for imo. - fidopro

Nick Bonino got a 1st place vote. Let's not over value these media voted awards. Also, look at the offensive numbers of the others on that list compared to Danault when thinking of contract too.

he's better than all of them at 5x5. all of them.
and most of them, ROR, Bergeron, Barkov, Couturier... play on their respective #1 PP unit. not Danault.
I'd be willing to sacrifice if it means Bergy thrown off a bridge (in this scenario he lives, is hurt in no way beyond his pride but never returns as Habs GM)
