Of the three teams that lost game 7 in the second round, who's roster would you most like to have?

Edit : including prospects.

No it doesn't suggest that. It suggests that his point output is very similar to all of those players.

How many players have the Canes hit on beyond the first round? Right now the Flyers are looking at Hart and the possibility of becoming a star in the league. He was not drafted in the first round. Lindblom was not drafted in the first round. Neither was Myers.

Are there any factors to consider with Voracek and who he has played with at times? The quality of the team he has played on or are extenuating circumstances only for non Flyers?

That's exactly what it was, an interruption. It's just a bunch of babble. Thank God you're back to judge others and give us your diagnosis of the psyche of Flyers fans.

On a fnishing note, who didn't know that you were full of it about leaving Hockeybuzz. You were just passing by!

Only PT21 can turn differing opinions on an NHL team into Stockholm syndrome. The poster boy for the indictment of the higher education system.

Neither am I, believe me. It's just hockey for heavens sake. Not to worry though, he's leaving Hockeybuzz. Well except for just when he's passing through.

Anyone thinking fake migraine boy Patrick is gonna come back and do anything is delusional. After ghost sorry ass gets traded hopefully today Patrick should be moved for whatever we can get. His value will never go up and is at its peak right now. Still false hope for the bust might be out there

Ah there you are.

I am not surprised you would complain about reading. You accepted my bet first, and then complained about the odds later, pointing out that they were worse than Vegas.

Of course they are, thats the point - Vegas odds would be better b/c Vegas does not regard Flyers as a contender.

More to the point, forget the money and odds.

I have then a gentleman's agreement with NCFlyers fan and you, that Flyers will never win more than 11 games a post-season n the next 4 years.

The only thing at stake is an apology. I will be overjoyed to offer it. I have bookmarked that thread.

If not comparing them even indirectly, the reason for selecting those players to point out similarity of ppg would then be pointless. I guess you won't know anything about that.

And actually, I said I would return to post every now and then here (middle of page)

https://www.hockeybuzz.co...?thread_id=167951&page=19
(middle of page)

and here ("see you in future")

https://www.hockeybuzz.co...?thread_id=167962&page=12

You actually responded to the second one. Hardly surprising you don't know what the future means as a word.

It is tempting to come by for your sake - (with my arse gone, where oh where will the resident retard's cold nostrils nestle?) - but you are right in spirit. I should peek less to post less in case I am suckered in.

Adios, duncehead.

I still have hope. Cause you know he’s 42 next year. He stayed in the area to train and for medical purposes. Guessing. If he goes home or isn’t in the area start next season then concern begins. Chuck to me would’ve been as positive in his responses last year.

Age isn’t the issues. He had injury history before draft. Now the concussion problem( that team is not saying) because there’s zero chance he has migraines that would just keep him out a whole season unless concussion related. You don’t just wake up one day in your 20’s and have “this” problem. I suffer from migraines and family members do too. All have different triggers and different effects. The only way it hampers you a whole year to the point you can’t function is with head trauma. When he got the concussion who knows. Probably played with it not understanding the effects. Either way he was never gonna top out more than a 2nd line center anyways. Why keep him. Move him and move on.

Not saying it didn’t arise from a head injury. Besides having migraines .......all you are doing is speculating.

Imo fletcher probably gonna f this team up. Not totally by his own fault because Scott is mandating sales and win now mentality. If this team were to build a true contender it would be on the back of hart provy Myers Sanheim York frost farabee coots lindblom Laughton and a couple top of the line true stars. Top end players that we don’t have. How we get them is the ? G Jake Jvr ghost nisky bruan all need to be gone over next few seasons. Will we draft these studs? Probably not. Team is to middle of the pact to draft high. Do we trade? Probably not. Who’s gonna trade the studs? At at what price? Do we get them in fa? Not until we unload the old regime to clear the cap space out to sign the fa. Here in lies the problem. With the win now mentality that’s probably not gonna happen. Hexy was 100% correct. Now wasn’t the go time. Again seems half the people want core broken up at least to some extent. Other half (the delusional half) defend and make excuses for g Jake ghost Jvr. Why I have no idea. These people obviously don’t watch other teams. It’s a speed game now. Basically no hitting. Crying for players to forecheck and all that just longing for a hockey that doesn’t exist. Montreal and isle completely exposed this team. Or the core at least. But many good pieces in place. Hopefully we don’t waste hart.

Not sure how you can call this guy an empty stat machine. We lack this talent on our team.

We need a first line that can score.

Ideally I’d like to see Hayes centering two skilled wingers, maybe Johnny hockey and Hoffman.

Then Giroux can center the second line with less pressure on him to produce. Voracek and Lindblom as wingers maybe.

There’s gms out there desperate to fill a need they “hope” a certain player can fulfill. Example fletch trading decent picks for a pretty much washed up bruan. Anyone that’s watched a sj game the last few years has seen a drastic decline. But we had a need. Fletch took a chance.

That’s the thing right there. Family history. If he had migraines growing up like they say wouldn’t it make sense for him to medically address it? Especially a top athlete growing up? Makes zero sense it wasn’t addressed if that were the case. All of a sudden he has migraines that keep him out a whole year? Makes zero sense. I’ve always had migraines. When my 13 year old son started developing them right to neurologist he went. Put on meds and yes had to adjust to them but NOTHING that kept him down for more than a few days at worst. And certainly not a whole year. Don’t drink the kool aid. He wasn’t getting them until some sort of trauma. Prettt safe assumption a concussion. Do research on migraines.
