Pacioretty never caught me as a dirty player, and was rarely engaged physically, so good for him if he finally grew a pair lol

I’m thorn between the Isles and the Lightning... I’m loving Barzal’s play so far and I always quite liked Pageau (except when he was playing against the Habs) but Tampa is always exciting to watch and they have such impressive depth up front... I think I‘m officially neutral on this one.

TB are the obvious favorites but I like an "underdog blue-collar winning against all odds" story so I guess I'll be cheering for Pageau and Brassard lol

Look at you trying to be different lol

Why are the last 2 rounds in Edmonton only? Cheaper than Toronto?

I think it's because having playoff games for so long in Toronto was starting to get a bit too weird loll...

also, I guess one bubble is easier to manage than 2 lol

Oh yeah one for sure makes sense but just wondered why they picked that one.. I thought cost but you may be on to something with playoffs in Toronto.

I wonder if they’ll be fans when the next season start. Today, it was announced that fans will be permitted at Roland-Garros even though France has had 25 000 new Covid cases in 3 days... that seems daring to say the least...

really eh? and I guess they're allowing only a fraction of the regular attendance?

kinda scary to think about that god damn possible "second wave" and shutting everything down again because people were too careless...

Yeah and it’s starting to go up in QC again, over 200 new cases for the second day in a row, 54 in the city of Quebec alone...earlier in the week they said a lot of people caught it by going to a karaoke bar.... Yeah, there’s a pandemic on but I really feel the urge to go share a mic with loads of strangers...I just don’t get it.

Anti Niemi

true story, when I was a kid, I was a goalie. my first season, I was maybe 6, I could play goal but was unable to skate with the pads. the coach would have to carry me to the other side of the rink at the end of each period.
