it's okay. they got farther than i expected and all the young players that we've been hearing about for years are finally there and got playoff experience, as well as hart, obviously. everybody knows how it feels to go a couple rounds and everybody knows how it feels to lose (a game 7 no less) and those are useful things as far as experience.

it's possible. i wouldn't be surprised. i guess some of it depends on the news about players and what they were playing with. some guys were definitely off for some reason. konecny didn't score at all in the playoffs, which is weird. giroux and voracek didn't produce much results (on the scoreboard anyway). guys could be hurt or whatever but if they think they're ready to take a step back to start moving forward with the new group i guess they could look to make moves with giroux and voracek while they might still be able to.
