I know that the Flyers have earned hate but I remember the poopty dirt bags from NYI too. I remember Gainey in that 83ish series getting smoked and no call. (frank) NYI. |

Viable trade?
Max Domi to Pittsburgh
G Matt Murray to Colorado
D Ryan Graves to Montreal
Plus incomprehensible exchange of draft picks and prospects. - nedmates
I don’t want Domi in East.
As for Colorado, I’m wondering if they wouldn’t be eyeing Drouin to reunited with MacKinnon and Ratanen |

How many of the 3 D's (Domi, Drouin, Danault) will remain as a Hab after 2021-2022 season? Which one would you rather keep? |

I think Danault will be the only one. I see Drouin to Colorado and Domi maybe at Jets or Flames.
I’d like the Habs to pickup Ehlers from Jets although Laine would be a need but I doubt it happens

Read an article yesterday that listed the top 5 assets the Habs are most likely to trade this offseason, it went...
5) Jordan Weal (not kidding)
4) Phil Danault
3) Jonathan Drouin
2) Max Domi
1) 16th overall |

I don't think Drouin gets dealt this offseason, wouldn't make much sense |

And why not? It’s where Bergevin makes the most trades out of it. I think he’s done in MTL. I don’t think he will ever be that #3 pick people are waiting for unless he play with mac or mc |

If Drouin does go to Colorado, who will come back? I agree Domi for Ehlers straight up |

Because Bergy has lots to do in a short offseason as it is, Drouin has term left and showed good chemistry with Suzuki in a small sample near the end... if that chemistry carries over, the payoff for Montreal will be greater than anything they could ever get in a trade for Drouin now.... and somebody needs to play the left side, other than soon to be UFA Tatar, who do they have that could be considered a top 6 LW? And even if frustrating to watch at times, he was tied for the team lead in points in these playoffs, was he not? |

I won't hold my breath on Drouin duplicating his success next season but I hope he proves me wrong playing with Suzuki, and let's not kid ourselves , we need the kids (Suzuki and KK) to continue playing at the same level as they did in the playoffs
