don't tell me a (frank)ing bag on a person's head is the only solution to this problem... pretty sure cops could have proper protective equipment instead and use other safer constraint measures on civilians.
and it's not just about the drugs, it could be respiratory problems, or anything that could be triggered by having a bag on your head |
