Well I imagine being high and in psychose will make your heart rate go way up and breathe heavier so it probably didn't help. A little bit like George Floyd, even if those two police interventions were completely different.

yeah this is the part I struggle to understand, and even before implementing such a measure shouldn't it have been a bit more researched, in order to determine if it causes breathing problems for people on drugs, with medical conditions, psychological issues, etc.? doesn't take a diploma to figure that out
