Add it to the HUGE list of unforced/mental errors that the boys have committed this series.

I think they’re tired of bubble hockey.

Yeah I had my doubts, but I could see Ghost actually making a differenece. Its just the same game, over and over again.

You think? Hagg played very well, and the Flyers dominated the period.

If this period was like the rest of the series, we wouldn't have been in this predicament.

Both Giroux and Couturier are pressing, hurriyng their shots,

play a hell of a period outside of a few miscues, and come away with nothing.
When goals are this tough to come by, Couturier simply can not hit the post with a wide open net. I mean come the (frank) on.

It does seem that this game is following the script. 11 shots. Very few dangerous. Meanwhile the isles have I’d say had the better chances and were lucky to not be down.

He’s made so many. He’s a revelation honestly.

We're so used to the mirage of "good goaltending" in philly. I've got a feeling that it's going to take at least multiple years of steadiness from Cahtah for a lot of us to relax and actually enjoy the show.

Probably the best period of hockey they've played in the series so far.

I thought we had a solid period. I thought the TK penalty was a terrible call. If you have to call something, it’s gotta be the other guy or both because I thought TK was the one being held. They’re playing the way they should have the whole time. Keep it simple, pucks on net. You don’t have to get in a foot race with these guys if you’re making smart plays, playing with possession and not turning over pucks.

Carter Hart’s R skate save was a thing of beauty

I thought their zone breakouts were a bit better that period

Game of inches, it was a quick play. Important part is that they played well and they need to stay patient. The second they start pressing, the Isles will murder them.

The frustrating thing is the few mistakes the Islanders make the Flyers don't capitalize, the minute the Flyers make a mistake it is usually in the back of the net. Lazy NZ penalty by Grant. Tough to take from a player who is providing next to nothing.

Yep. Did Barzal play that period? Is he unavailable? See what happens when you play with the puck?

I believe all the goals from the previous two losses, minus the PP goal, were all from bad turnovers or failed clears. Really frustrating

Shouldn't the #44 be automatically a ''no touch number'' ?

That's Kimmo's!!!

Should be like # 31 (Lindbergh). Not an officially retired number but a goes without saying ''unavailable'' # if you will.

He played. Myers put him down behind our net with authority. Put him right on his ass.

You’d think but they also let some AHL schlub wear 10 last year at one point didn’t they?
