Playing for the close loss. Islanders are coming on strong and have us where ThEy want us. Very similar to other games. Well be shut down this period and have to take chances. The isles capitalize. Rinse and repeat.

Yes. The D is always scared and conservative. They start to backpedal the minute there is a hit of change of possession.

All these missed calls is absurd considering the tacky poop they called earlier.

I dont know, I dont see it. Been watching the Colorado/Stars series. A lot of quick passes, tape to tape, making plays, split second decisions. The goalies are flailing all over the place. In this series, its the opposite. Great goaltending, Flyers cant quickly make plays

Should be interesting to see if tampa will have trouble with the isles. Can they slow a fast team to a crawl like they did with us.

I think it was preceded by a poorly timed line change during the PK. PP was doing nothing until they got out of sync with that line change.
