Young drafted QB that teams are familiar with and may have liked but didn’t draft. We’ll never know if he would have been picked up but a hell of a better chance of it than Webb being picked up. Barkley’s is probably gone after this year and they want to see if Fromm or Webb can be the LT backup

Same reason they didn’t cut Hodgins. He won’t contribute much this year, Or at all, as the 7th receiver but some wr needy team would have most likely picked him up if we tried to put him on the PS

I don’t think we need pass rushers this year. Addison has been near elite in the last 3 years, Hughes played hurt all last year and is healthy again and Murphy was great at the very end of the year and in the playoff game (when presumably his knee felt 100% again). Espinosa is more a power/bull rusher but he should contribute a bit and horrible Harry should provide some inside pressure

Murphy played the highest percentage of any DE last year for buffalo (65% I think), he was always safe. Plus he came on really strong at the end of the season after really doing nothing the first 12 games
