To me this shows that Gaudreau carries Monahan defensively, but i don't see it as proof of the same as it relates to offense. I think Monahan generates.

If you stuck him with Reinhart and Mojo (especially with this being L2 instead of L1 in terms of matchups) I'd expect better results defensively and good offensive results

Ideally, they pair Skinner and Monahan with a player like Craig Smith who is strong at both ends of the ice.

If he fell to Buffalo and Adams didn’t sprint up to the stage to hand in that draft card I’d be done with him already

How would they factor that in? There's no way to do that without literally guessing at a reduction.

I would be very surprised if Sheary took a one year deal for $1M. I could see him taking a 2 year deal at $2.5M per, like Kahun though.

The players union definitely took notice, and not in a good way, when LaBanc signed that deal last summer for one year at $1M.
