Hard to win games with those Centres, and a massively overpaid D line. Only Trotz could grind out a few more wins with this club and that isn't happening. He will either lay low for awhile longer. Or he will come back all bluster and cocky trying to put a positive spin on the Yotes. But remember Chalkya was not a "True" analytics man. So the dream is still intact. But he sure did take a nice solid Yote's rebuild to the wood shed with his trades and cheating. Man He was the worst "one second wonder" the league has seen in awhile. Well just remember. No coach or GM should ever be hired unless they're under 40 years old. Chayka is a hockey genius. He was just unlucky. He traded for the best player in Coyotes history Taylor Hall. For this alone, Chayka should be inducted into the HHOF and forever be known as the greatest NHL GM ever.

It's going to be years for the Coyotes to clean up from the disaster that was John Chayka. One of the worst GMs in recent times. Complete mess. They need a good experienced hockey man in to right the ship. If it wasn't for Bettman and the league propping up this mess the brutal mismanagement of John Chayka would have put it out of its misery. The so called modern analytics has proven itself to be flawed and unreliable time and time again. The Coyotes need better pro scouting. Their recent trades have been brutal. They have to stop trading young undeveloped talent. Maybe its the flawed graphs and charts giving an inexperienced GM inaccurate information. Garbage in is certainly equating to garbage out in this laughable franchise. They need hockey people that actually know what they are looking at. The amateur scouting appears to be there, but its no sense picking good prospects if you give them away before they become good NHL players.

Jimmy time to show you have some credibility and admit Chayka was a horrible GM , as others have stated the evidence here plus now having to give up a 2nd and a 1st for nothing. No wonder he bailed.
