Yeah I just saw that and was writing the same when you replied.

I just don't get Ghost and him being paired at all. If AV wants Ghost in, Braun needs to go for Hagg (my pref) or Ghost needs to be paired with someone else (Provy).

At least it's only 1-0. If the Flyers can get the next one hopefully it sparks something. If it's the Isles this the doors are about to fly off and the route is on IMO.

They look bad, the islanders play the same style of hockey only better. Everyone buys in. We need ghost out of the lineup so they can play the team d they need to. Only way they win this series. Love Ghost but the difference in play with him in the lineup is noticeable. I guarantee Hart prefers the Hagg Braun pairing as our 5-6. The reward is not worth the risk with Ghost in the lineup.

They haven’t realized that they need to get to another gear in the playoffs yet. Orrrr, some guys didn’t do enough conditioning during the pause. It’s pretty obvious.

gotta love these threads. everyone just in disagreement with who is terrible. reading through comments the last few days i've heard the following players are trash:Grant, Ghost, Hagg, Braun, Thompson, Laughton, JVR, Coots, Niskanen, Jake, G, TK, Farabee.

zero shots the last 12 minutes of the period. Outside of Hart, all 18 players sucked.

Not a great start......Konecny is getting his chances....but coots and G are not skating at all. These guys have disappeared offensively. But it’s only one period...still time here boys. Let’s get her going.

Nah, it has nothing to do with the Flyers best players not playing like their best players. Nothing to do with not matching the intensity and effort of the opposition. It's just a bad match up for us. The Isles aren't as good as us defensively. They're a fast skating hard forechecking team. Give the Isles credit. Blah,blah, blah.
