He'd probably get 40-45 in the AHL, but if there's no AHL season, which is likely because let's be honest, they won't have bubbles for AHL teams, he should play the 30 games in Montreal

that I agree with

yeah if there's no AHL hockey then that's another question for sure lol

he wouldn't be getting more than 45 games in the AHL under normal circumstances?

really curious to see who that backup will be, if they don't want to spend much it might not be a guy you want to give 30 games to
- Pat1993

I'm not sure they should sign anyone until they know there will be a AHL season for sure

They wouldn't have to find him one, they got one with his name on it but I'm sure they preferred waiting an extra year at least... but do you let him sit a whole year?

yeah I know he has an almost guaranteed spot, by "finding" I mean maybe not top line duties, but not with Paul Byron either lol... it's quite the conundrum

having an excellent first season and an average 2nd one? sure.
Gallagher Caufield and Byron. add Drouin and Domi... we're in business.

He went from 28 goals his first to 41 his 2nd... how is that average?

He struggled a bit in his 3rd, this season

Gallagher
Caufield
Armia
Evans

That's the right side, Byron will be gone before too long

There is always the OHL option for him...but I doubt he'd want to go that route.

On the same subject, looks like NCAA hockey programs are planning to start as usual, for now. Really doubt that will happen, but I think that as long as they have not cancelled anything, Caufield will stay the course.

Paxil works nicely, it's just that the doctor wanted to switch me for no reason just because that's what they mostly use in Poland.

anti-depressants aren't one size fits all. if you have one that works for you, stay with it.

dinky's shot percentage was down about 8 points this year. otherwise he is actually a better overall player than he was last season.

dinky is a more complete player than caulfield. he is fiesty like gally. doesn't get to the net like gally but has a better shot.

And that's exactly what I mean.... if Suzuki and Drouin really show good chemistry, the pay out will be much greater than what they would get in a Drouin trade right now... might as well give it another go, besides if you trade Tatar and Domi, you need somebody to play LW other than Lehkonen
- obie

Pretty much this yep

you'll be happy, that's excatly what will happen.
and we'll be back here next year saying Drouin to COL for a D.

- fidopro

Could be right, but as Obie said we need somebody to play LW and if his value isn't changing then who cares if we experiment
