To varying degrees there have been so many versions of Batman that people recognize with. Having grown up reading the comics and seeing all the changes to the character this may be a good direction. I'm a little concerned about the Pattinson casting but I'm coming around. There was a time where Batman was very much like this version they are portraying in the trailer. I'm excited but concerned at the same time lol

Didn't like Kilmer, but actually like Clooney. I actually thought bale was great outside his batman voice. You can tell with them going with Robert Pattinson that they are going away from the bulky/rugged frame of say Ben Affleck and going more of a slight look like they did Clooney.
