The only way I can see this happening is if the Pegulas play the "you work for the owners" card, and Pegula is an owner. Not saying they would, but if Portnoy is willing to put up enough cash, that Superyacht still needs to be finished.

It's a lot different than nixing $250k for a charity auction prize.
