Two wrongs don't make a right.

Police need yearly training, not just one very short training and be done.

People also need to realize that you cant do whatever you want without consequence.

This did not justify this man being shot/murdered. Should have been detained by non-lethal force and cuffed by. But ill wait until the whole story comes out before passing judgement.
