Vesey was a decent play. Unless he knew before hand he was undoubtedly going UFA. Not like Murray would have capitalized on the pick anyway.

From what I read the guy was tasered and it either didn't work or was not effective

Guy walks to his car while being told to stop, doesn't listen and gets shot

7 times is alot but if he was tasered and not listening to orders and goes to a car and you don't know what they are going to do or get well they aren't going to let you drive off



The other day guy at gas station with a knife was tasered but nothing, goes towards a shop with people inside......you going to let a guy with a knife go inside and potentially hold people for ransom or kill people or take the threat out and ask questions later?


You can trust cops in the vast majority of cases with most being good people who are there to help

Neither of those things are happening. Sam isn’t getting 8 per and no one is trading high enough picks/prospects for him.

Have you shot a small moving target that has large arteries that if hit would bleed out?

It's not the movies, there is a reason they aim center mass, lower chances of missing and hitting a innocent bystander is one big reason

Basically

Two posters on the flames board said they would do it for 8 and the rights to Pilut.

I told them 8 for Monahan straight up or they can kick rocks because it's the internet and I felt like I have an obligation to be unnecessarily incensed by a trivial addition to the trade.

River's bringing up a point that needed to be said for a long time. The team, especially under Jason, is that he was bringing in C and D level players hoping they would play like A and B. It defines his entire tenure. And why he's jobless.
