Says who? Even so, it's exceptionally rare for an 18 year old defenseman to make a true impact. Even Dahlin was pure offense year one and Dahlin blows Drysdale out of the water.

jeff have such a bad season is a combination of the lack of a real 2C and putting olo on the top line in place of him.. i put just as much blame on Botts for Jeffs bad season as i do ralph

It’s weird too. VO is lethal on the PP, very average at 5v5. Jeff is an elite 5v5 player. Average on the PP. it would seem they both can compliment Jack very well and take him to new heights if deployed to their strengths.

2018 played 82 games and finished with 49pts. It's a shame injuries have killed him.
