Hi. Big cheesesteak fan here. What is the "right" cheese to put on there for the locals? Whiz?

and take the Expos with you... oh, wait. nevermind.
- Doc_Sarcasm

Ugh. Those jackwagons are down here, and I’m not a fan of it.

At least I can poke fun of their nameless football franchise. Go Football Team! Yay Sports! Amirite fellas?

It’s really more about the bread, the meat, and the seasoned grille, but the general rule of thumb is inner city goes whiz (with a few exceptions), and burbs go provolone. Occasionally sharp provolone if they got it, although that’s more of a roast pork thing
Many will argue that the Philly roast pork is the better sandwich, but really both are heavenly and will kill you quick

I’m a Johns Roast Pork guy when I go home. I buy a roast pork, whomever is accompanying me will get the cheesesteak, and we split halves. That’s the way to do it.

Oh, and just because burbs go provolone doesn’t mean they’re doing it wrong. Lotta fantastic cheesesteak jawns in the burbs. Many of those inner city families moved out that way. Dalessandro’s is a personal fave.

Just find a place with the right roll

That Braun/Ghost defense pairing gives me the willies every time that they are on the ice.
- Phillywhiteout

Braun did seem to struggle a bit but it was a tough game, every guy isn’t going to play well every game. Not worried about him so much but Niskanen really made some uncharacteristic plays.

The brighter the cheese product, the better.

Playoffs baby, nothings gonna come easy. Those who think either team will dominate from start to finish need to reset their expectations.

“To be honest with you, it doesn’t really feel like playoff hockey because there, there’s no fans. It’s kind of like you’re playing an exhibition game,” Rask said.

“Considering I had four months off, I’m not in prime shape. But I’m trying to get there,” Rask said when asked about his physical condition through four games in Toronto.

“I’m just trying to have fun and play the game. I’m not stressing too much about the results and whatnot. You know, it’s August and I haven’t played hockey. So just go out there and have fun, and see what happens for me.”

I just read the above quotes on the Bruins' HB blog, and this is making me wonder if this same phenomenon is the reason we haven't seen much production out of the Flyers' vets up to this point.

Exactly. So the Flyers had some questionable play in 2nd period... They only got scored on via PP, and got the goal back 17 sec later. We weathered the storm.

If its a good place in the city the answer is provolone. If its a tourist trap place, which is fine for the experience, the answer is whiz.

4th line serves a different role.

He’ll be a top 6 forward...probably on the wing at sone point next season.

Think younger Giroux...very similar strengths.

Provy. And if you put anything other than fried onions on it it’s in defiance of god.
