He's not wrong though. When have the same standards been met for refereeing in the playoffs that are generally met in the regular season. Its always dirtier, more is let go. This is kind of normal for playoff standards of reffing

I don’t get into the generalizing just consistency.

They go hand in hand though. Refs don't have it easy. One missed call that leads to a goal could have such a massive outcome on the game and series. Definitely don't envy being a ref in these playoffs

Somewhat but near the boards is consistent all year. Rough hockey is let go but that’s not rough that’s dangerous.

That and every mistake is recorded from 10
Angles and slowed down. It’s stressful for sure.

I sort of see it the other way. When a player turns away, you want to make sure you get it right. I more so have an issue with the fact that the Canucks came out with the extra. If Blais got the boarding and beagle got the roughing minor, I don't think many would mind.

A lot of borderline charges out there. Yes yes playoff hockey, but reminds me of the Calgary series from a few years ago

Whatever Karen.

Edler got a high stick. There was no call, power through. He didn’t give that puck up because he got hit in the face. Don’t be such a puss.
