Perhaps Dubas is proud and stubborn? How can he really believe what he said especially about Nylander? Kadri made bonehead plays 2 years and got traded. Willie is a no-show for several years, should he be jettisoned?

Dubas is arrogant. His philosophy is wrong but he cannot admit it. Accepting the blame for everything is just a clever way of not being specifically blamed for anything. He will stay the course of failure until someone steps in...
