Imo, I believe Botts wanted him in large part to bolster a weak PK. I also did an analytics comparison of him, bennett, and another player that eludes me right now. Frolik fared well

I remember reading how he did well on the PK so he seemed to have some method to that madness but 4 million a year for a specialty? Maybe why Calgary had no problem saying goodbye.

Columbus proving how being difficult to play against doesn’t necessarily mean having to be overly physical.

Columbus continuing to do what they did all regular season. Gave up a lot of shot attempts and shots but they block a lot and most shots come from the outside and not in dangerous scoring areas. Korpisalo did his job.
