Rangers have more of a clue than the Oilers though. Sadly no Chia hires with the Rangers. No question the NHL has to be thrilled with the lottery.

The oil were awful against the Hawks. It's like watch capuano Islanders without McD and Draisaitl. Rangers are in good position up front with LaF.
