If Boston plays like they did in the round robin, the Canes might savage them. Can never doubt Boston though.

No team can take the Canes lightly. I think they'll beat Boston. But you're right, if that top line gets going for Boston.....watch out

I dunno, maybe BOS was waiting for the real playoffs to get down to business... just as PHI might've won against teams who didn't care 100% about the outcome of those games

Probably on the ice no??

I hope CBJ shuts them down and sweeps them again. Highly unlikely, but i hope the Lightning lose badly.

Hedman being extremely injured and soft brained last year was basically why they lost last year...along with Kucherov turning into Matt Cooke.

I don't think Boston would squander home ice advantage all the way to the cup in the round robin? I think they're struggling for some reason? But they're good enough to break out of it.

That would be pretty devastating to the NHL

Columbus lost a lot of that fire power they had last season, but somehow had a good season, still. But it's not the team that beat Tampa last year.

I think they could still pose a threat to them. Especially if Hedman and Stamkos are out.

the "home-ice advantage" is basically non-existent, except for the last line change, so the stakes weren't the same imo

Meh.... it's not a playoff team in TB, much like TO

Alot like the Sens from back in the day... and like Washington before adding guys like Wilson and Oshie

Sens ran into a team with 3 HOFers in their prime in the SCF. Not sure you can blame them. Finnish Flash, Nieds, Pronger, JS Giguere at the second top of his game, a young Getzlaf and Perry. That Ducks team was quietly ridiculous.

I was talking about the teams that kept losing to the Leafs in the first round... but true, they eventually made it to the finals at least
