I'm somewhat heat sensitive too, but it takes a few days for it to hit me

I do weight lifting at home. Just had big lower back pain for a couple of weeks now though so I don't do much. I'd like to go to the gym once the "everyone has to wear a mask" thing is over...

aren't the rules the same everywhere? the gym I go to doesn't require you to wear a mask during training, only when you get in the building..
