They can still trade up. They have 14 picks and a poop load from last few years. They can’t sign everyone. They’ve reached a point where they need to use their picks to utilize the draft in their favor. We will see what the morons do this upcoming draft.

90% of the time yes.

This is an acceptable outcome. It’s not a team that’s already loaded and the kid won’t be under so much scrutiny there as he would have been in Montreal. I agree that it would have been better in the West but this is not too bad .
