As we know, the 12 ball won the lottery in phase one, so... teams in the play in round have ball spots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15.

If winning percentage is the factor for the draft, if the leafs lose Sunday night, they should be in the 12th position, if the leafs win, it might be the jets or jackets in that spot.
