We'll be the underdogs during all the playoffs (however long we're in them) so there are no big expectations.

We unexpectedly made the playoffs ... anything from here is just gravy during this retooling phase. Great experience for the kids.

The Habs put an end to that by beating them in 4 games straight with speed and skill (and also their fists when needed). They added 3 more Cups after that ... anyway it's ancient history.

Yep, that type of style is now long gone ... no teams wants to waste roster spots on goons anymore. Goons have gone the way of the Dodo bird ... extinct.

Hockey GMs/Coaches have come out of the Stone Age and have seen the light. It's all about speed and skill ... if a team wants to dress a goon then they will be at a disadvantage every time he's on the ice.
