As much as it sucked losing Ferland/TT, I liked the injection of speed since JV and ZacMac are fast and those 2 were slow. Canucks thrive off the rush, not really a team that cycles the puck well.

But yeah, if TT is healthy, you gotta play him. I’d put him in for LE and leave the size/speed for the bottom 6.

Kudos to Jake for fighting Hartman, the defense for playing pretty good and coach Green for willing to adapt, which I never thought would happen.
Hopefully next series, I get to watch more than the 5 periods I did in the thingy round.

STL is a different animal in the playoffs, they wear down their opponents in a 7 game series. Dallas is tough too, but they like to play defensive hockey so the Canucks might be able to cause some havoc against them with guys like EP and Hughes forcing defensive breakdowns.

I’m just happy for the guys, their season was a huge improvement, mostly due to Markstrom, however, imo this is going to be a great learning experience and stepping stone for the young core group.
