Murphy, Koekkoek, and Maatta had a combined 10 goals on the season and currently have 4 in 3 games with an additional 2 goals coming off deflections off on of their point shots You can't make this stuff up. |

Yeah, but that's what the guys get for sitting on a 1-goal lead early in the 3rd. Time to test their mettle for game 4. If they can't push past the Hawks, then maybe that will signal the need for a major change to that bottom-6. Knowing Oiler fan's luck, these 3 games will be enough to convince Holland that the AA-Sheahan-Kassian line is "good enough of a 3rd line" and that they can rely on Neal-Khaira-Chiasson as a 4th line and change nothing. |

Orrr... we could win Lafreniere. That’d be so (frank)ing Oilers. |

Last change is the difference. McDavid not doing much 5v5 against Toews’ line... |

This team very rarely wins the tough games and playoff games are all tough games.
Waaaaay too many coasters on this Oilers lineup...Draisaitl, Nurse, AA, Neal, Chiasson...they just watch the others dig. |

In 3:54 against eachother, McDavid had the 3-2 edge in shots, but yeah, I guess you could say that it's not all that much. Would like to see him do a bit more. |

Complacency! It's so stupid to sit back on a lead unless there is like 5 minutes left. They tried to do it with 20 minutes. That ain't ever gonna work. |

And we're back to insult Draisaitl, even though he was the best Edmonton forward.
Did he (frank) your wife or daughter or something dude? |

I'm not Reevan here bro. That is the definition of yeeted, which I think should actually be a recognized word in the English dictionary. |

It's quite obvious that Draisaitl cannot play on a line without RNH. He is a great scorer but his commitment to the other side of the game is killing this team and it is very frustrating. R NH is such an unsung hero on this team, it is his defensive sense that allows his linemates to cheat.
Drai coughed up the puck at least 6 times and isnt responsible in the D slot. 2 Johnny goals doesn't erase the sh1t D. (Switch an aged Toews for Drai and the Oilers are very hard to beat). |

Leon is almost good looking enough to lure my wife but he's got a few more seasons of earning to catch up wallet wise.
reminds me of an old Alberta joke:
Q: What has 4 hairy legs and fcks my sister?
A: Me and my dad!
laughed pretty hard the first time I heard that.

Missing Larsson was a big deal I'm assuming. I'm interested to see if he'll be back. Looked like Ennis rolled his ankle. That hurts like hell. |
