In playoffs of the past anytime the Leafs had a lead the other team (Boston) was very easily able to forecheck the poop out of them while we sat and watched with our butts clenched.
Columbus ...nadda single sniff on the forecheck.
I think this narrative of "the great CLB forecheck" is off. They stay high, plug up the neutral zone and stay tight defensively ...but I haven't seen any Boston-like forecheck. |
