Really eh? Is he Canadian?
- obie

I don't think so. The audition was there because the rest of the band was Canadian. And we were going to be sponsored by an NHL player that i can never remember who the hell it was. It was the most bizarre audition of my life!

Tough call! I want them to but I also want a first overall pick... thankfully what I want doesn't matter so I'll just watch and enjoy but because I really can't go against my team, I'll say 4-3 Habs in OT

But if you suggest trading any of these all star, high pressure performers, most would laugh at you

Especially Ph-Elite Danault!! UNTOUCHABLE! Everyone knows winning a cup starts with a good 3rd line Ck

I did. Did they find out what that was and the cause? It was at a port.....their thinking it was a ship or some chemical reaction due to the reddish color of the smoke.

yeah apparently it wasn't a terrorist act or anything, nothing confirmed but it would be an old warehouse that was storing explosive material

to be fair, the Danault line had previously done very well, now they're in a bit of a rut..

Oh I know and i don't have a problem with Danault, other than most C on the team have or will jump by him in the depth charts, for a guy who they got for nothing and built his value as high as possible, time to cash in...

Exactly. It's beyond emarrassing now. Especially when you see Price saving their asses like he has. I'm right there with you with the necessary moves. Some moves will be unpopular....now....but better off in the longrun.

Love the guy. Just as a number 1 C on the team. He's done an amazing job since our management hasn't. If he's your #1 C then your team is fundamentally flawed, and that is NOT on Danault.

that's a good thing, and it's what you want since we all know realistically Danault isn't an ideal #1C on a good team... I'm just saying people should calm down before booing him out of town

I agree... and I'm not shipping these guys off just for something to do, if they were to shop Petry, Danault and Tatar this off season, the prospect pool would look much better after the fact

I wouldn't booo him at all, good little player... but Kotkaniemi and Suzuki will be way ahead of him soon so it comes back to the question I asked you yesterday, Danault or Domi to C the 3rd line.... and I'd pick Domi

For sure. You don't just trade guys like that just for the sake of making a trade. But you have to realize what they can bring to the team now, in the future, their age, market value or what they could bring to the team to build something greater and more sustainable to compete year after year instead of "Anything can happen once you eek into the playoffs in 24th place.

a guy that I find disappointing so far is Tatar, he's been looking a lot more like the "Vegas Tatar" in these playoffs

Nobody is playing with any heart besides Price and the kids (Suzuki and KK). This is what you risk by holding onto these players too long. It takes longer for them to build market value than it does for them to lose it.

Say after this playoff Tatar does nothing. What was his value before the playoffs and now after??
