He was 3-0 against them this season in which he stole all 3 games but that's irrelevant because Georgiev started March 13th or whatever, I feel insane for seeing the obvious reasons why he started and the bigger reasons we're down 0-2, the argument is literally insane, somehow Brodeur even got in the convo, I'm not even sure how

Vin can definitely go off the deep end sometimes and I'm sure he will be the 1st to admit it

I don't see anything he is saying as irrational, if anything his argument makes more sense than the people who "only" want to blame Hank. He is saying while Hank wasn't very good last game there are 18 other players on the ice and yet they somehow escape criticism for playing absolutely awful. Sounds exactly like what I saw the last 2 games

- mdw7413

Have I really gone off the deep end? did I say this team can never win, I called them out for a garbage performance, no one is allowed to be objective, it's never changed with these two, I'm surprised more of you haven't decided to ditch this site.

You're spot on btw

Tony, honestly, I thought you were smarter then that

Can someone post the 2-1 goal pretty please

- Slimtj100

TJ, does it matter?
Was our 1 goal going to win the game for us?

And, for the record, I AM smarter than that.

you are the one who thinks you had to come on here and remind us about all that Lundqvist has done because he's had a little criticism on this site, like everyone here doesn't know all that Hank has done

Seriously, wasn’t everything fine here until Vin showed up all embarrassed?
- Slimtj100

No everything was cool until you refused to admit what we all saw on the ice, it's completely fine to criticize long as it's you or your brother's finger that does the pointing

I mean the predominant thought around here before the season went on pause is that we all hoped Hank would retire after the 2019-20 season

is that not a fact?

Dude your brother watched game's 1 and 2 and put it on the fact that Igor would have given them a confidence boost so that was Hank's fault, I'm literally laughing at the fact you're still defending this argument, the majority here all agree Hank is at the end of his career and should retire for multiple reason, #1 cap space but to actually watch their play and go with that synopsis is insane, pure insanity.

That is a fact, so is the fact that 18 skaters in front of him poop the bed in games 1 and 2, why are we only on board with 1 of the 2?

(frank) yeah I did

I'm excited as (frank) at where this team can go and how quickly Gorton has rebuilt the entire organization, especially where we are headed in the future with Shesterkin and Wall, the defense is loaded as (frank), hopefully Staal goes too, open up that cap space to resign Tony D, I'll streak if we get the 1st pick overall

I don't know, if you really wanna read my posts about the first two games again in the previous blogs, you know I didn't only blame Lundqvist

I just know that he looks 900 years old at there, and he's looked 900 years old since before Christmas

Can't wait for Miller and Lundkvist to get here. I think Lundkvist might be the steal of that draft.

Thats just it, we all pretty much agree with you on that, its the other 18 skaters

I thought Hank was good in game 1 though, that score could have been like 6-2

welp I think he'll be here next season to finish out his contract

they aren't in any position to give Georgiev a raise, they can't go with this 3 goalie monster again because its insanity, so they have to trade Georgie and they have wasted an opportunity to boost his trade value by not playing him here

You don't think in a weird way these last 2 games might make Hank realize he isn't the guy for this team anymore?

Again, IMO, no coach, GM or team has ever worried about boosting someone's trade value in a playoff series. That is unrealistic.

I mean I have seen many trade proposals for Jack Eichel, and everytime someone proposes one they include Georgiev as if that solves Buffalo's goalie problems for the next two decades

lets face it, Georgiev just isnt that good if he didnt get this chance

Don't get me wrong I love Eichel but that cap hit doesn't fit in with what we're building here and if we do end up with the 1st pick I wouldn't expect the need for him, I would expect them to go after a top 4 defensman for the left side

As a team they are averaging 1 goal a game. That's like blaming the pitcher when he has no run support.
