Too many one-timers and slap shots, not enough quick, accurate wristlet that used to just eat up the goalie - the netminder never knew exactly when the shot was coming, where from on the angle, where to on the net.

The 5x5 game isnt as good as we saw Saturday - it’s better than we’ve seen tonite (although they’ve had quality ozone time tonite - just not as dominating as in game 1].

Last couple of shifts seems like the Hawks have there skating leg's going.

It was like the regular season where we would spot the opponent 2 goals then start playing

Yeah, I agree. I don't have a problem with his game, plus first ever playoff game. The goals will come. I'm sure of it.

SOG - 9-13

BUT:
SC - 9-8
HDSC - 7-8

Oil certainly won the period - I wouldn’t say “dominated”.
