I'll just wait for Bergeron (2nd round) Pastrnak (late 1st) and Marchand (3rd round) to kick you out once again

Wrong. Teams are being re-seeded. There's a small chance they face Boston. The 4 top seeded teams in each conference are playing each other to determine the order. |

it's not a real playoffs season if you guys don't face BOS.
we guys wait all winter to see that. it's our only pleasure in life now.

They only ever lose to Boston in 7 games. it's not like it's a blow-out and no Mike Babcock this year. |

You can't fault him for loving to see his team's biggest rival lose in the playoffs. Boston is a good team to watch too. |

oh right, the once best coach of all times who signed for millions in the center of the universe. that guy?
coaches don't score or block shots. you'll go as far as your goalie will take you, especially with that dcore. that's why it's a tough one to call againts CLB.

In a lot of ways, it has been more fun to watch Boston beat the Leafs than to want to see the Habs make the playoffs (let alone win a series). |

Then why did Sheldon Keefe as a rookie coach get much better results, including defensive numbers with the same roster (Leafs were on a 78 point pace with Babcock, 105 with Keefe)?
Columbus can't score. That's a massive issue whether you choose to ignore it or not. They have to shut down that top 9 of the Leafs which is as skilled as any team in the playoffs. |

let's wait and see if he wins a round. 1 single round. then we'll say he gets better results. until then it is still a good little regular season team. |

Oh bullpoop. He got better results with the same roster. Their defensive numbers were better and he got crappy goaltending and had a ton of injuries.
You know why he got better results? Because he did what Leafs fans crapped on Babcock for: He played the star players much more and their stats went through the roof as a result. He also stopped haing the team give the puck away on every shift which was insane.
With this talent, all Keefe has to do is the obvious to get better results.
When the Leafs "Win a round" you won't care. You'll say it's about the stanley cup. Which is 100% true. Giving out awards for winning the first round is suddebly in and we know why. |
